For custom orders. Once the order has been confirmed via email and paid there is a 2-4 weeks processing time based on item and quantity ordered; before shipping. Holiday season processing time maybe extended. 

I take pride in creating unique products, and want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

Jewelry is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

I accept exchanges only in certain circumstances, as each item is customized and the design concept was confirmed before completing order. This is not applicable to jewelry items. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for another product of same type, equal value, within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

Exchange condition will be validated to identify exchange value if different from purchasing price. 

You must contact me within 15 days of order receipt to initiate the exchange process. To request an exchange please use contact form or email Pynkcoco.co@gmail.com. If exchange is approved you will receive instructions on continuing the exchange process.

Return Shipping

I am not responsible for return shipping costs of any products. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item(s) for exchange.

No Refunds

Due to personalizations and uniqueness of  my products, I do not offer refunds on any purchase. I encourage you to carefully consider your selection and design elements before completing your order and making payment.

I do not have control over packages once shipped and I am not liable for any lost, stolen or delayed delivery packages. You will need to contact the carrier.
